Job summary

ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution to keep production on schedule.

The role leads a team, ensures safety and compliance, applies LEAN principles to drive efficiency, and collaborates with management to optimize processes and service levels with external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution to support production.
• Lead and develop warehouse team; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain relationships with logistics providers and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles.
• Set policies and procedures with Operations Manager and management team.
