Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Geneva, IL to lead daily warehouse operations. You will supervise staff, manage shipments, inventory, and scheduling, and ensure safety and productivity targets are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS, and the ability to work varied shifts in a cold or dry storage environment. A strong focus on teamwork and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products.
