Job summary

Wesco, a leading B2B distributor and logistics solutions provider, is seeking a Supervisor - Operations to oversee multiple warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and related support functions. You will train, coach, and guide associates, maintaining safety and performance standards.

You will report to a Manager or Senior Manager Operations and will have direct reports to drive productivity, quality, and timely service while upholding company policies and continuous process

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Fork Lift Certification preferred.
• 3 years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 1 year experience leading warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to achieve inbound and outbound service requirements
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety
• Monitor workflow, work completed, error rates and related metrics and take corrective action
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced
• Establish and monitors performance standards for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and ship
• Develop and implements training certification programs and ensures warehouse employees receive training
