Nicklaus Children's Health System in Miami, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Support Associate in the Supply Chain Central Services to pull medical supplies, restock automated and non-automated stations, and maintain accurate inventory records using the Lawson system and PDT.

You will perform physical counts, process deliveries, and participate in year-end inventory under supervision of the Clinical Supply Supervisor and Manager of Supply Chain Distribution.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years recent experience in inventory control.
• Ability to follow simple instructions to accomplish repetitive tasks.
• Read, write, and communicate in English; communicate with hospital staff and customers.

Responsabilités

• Answers phone messages for supply orders and responds promptly.
• Pulls medical products from CS shelves and restocks automated stations.
• Performs par level replenishment and logs inventory counts.
• Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies in the system.
• Participates in year-end physical inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of medical supplies per policy.
