Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fremont, CA to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will manage inbound/outbound activities, training programs, and records for certifications, while coordinating with procurement and HR for documentation and vendor issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Minimum 2 years in forklift safety, training, and certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound and staging.
• Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain output and safety.
• Develop schedules and manage manpower to meet goals.
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines across all activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance to resolve vendor invoices.
• Lead forklift training, certifications, and safety inspections.
• Implement continuous improvements to improve efficiency.
