Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse in Union City, CA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing operations and optimize inventory flow. You will drive performance, safety, and accuracy in delivery to premium restaurants.

Under the Manager or Director, you will hire and coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with procurement and logistics to meet commitments. This role offers growth within a respected company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 5+ years of high-level management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecasted replenishment to finished goods inventory.
• Ensure compliance with USDA/FDA regulations and ethical procurement standards.
• Participate in product planning to support launches and new materials.
• Oversee all warehouse operations and optimize efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of delivery.
• Hire, coach and develop teams; collaborate with executives as a leadership team.
