UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in a leadership role to oversee Package Handlers, drive safety, training, and attendance, and maintain high standards for productivity and accuracy across the department.

The supervisor will foster teamwork, lead by example, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Willing to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups.
• Ensures safety policies and OSHA requirements are followed.
• Manages department resources for productivity and accuracy.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implements development plans and ongoing coaching.
