Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 5th shift (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:15am–6:30pm) in Beaverton, OR. You will lead a team to run daily warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime and weekends. Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanners.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules and allocate resources for shifts.
• Supervise the team and provide training to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement plans.
