Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the 5th Shift (Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:15am to 6:30PM). The role focuses on guiding the warehouse team to maintain efficient daily operations and outstanding service.

You will supervise, train and coach staff, monitor quality, and uphold the GXO quality policy and 7S standards. A flexible schedule with possible overtime is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
