Job summary

Honor Foods in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM). You will lead and mentor warehouse associates to hit productivity and accuracy goals while ensuring accurate inbound/outbound shipments.

You’ll safeguard inventory integrity, promote a safe and organized work environment, and collaborate with buyers and operations leaders to resolve challenges and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior warehouse leadership experience, preferably in distribution and inventory control.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Flexibility to cover other shifts as needed—teamwork is essential.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.
