Warehouse Operations Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Join us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor - 3rd Shift at GXO Logistics, Inc.

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 9:30pm - 6:00am, who can motivate their team and oversee daily warehouse operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
• Prepare work schedules
• Supervise, train, and coach team members
• Monitor work quality to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow company quality policies and GXO 7S program
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 2 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible work hours, including overtime and weekends
• U.S. citizen to meet government requirements

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in ISO or AS9100 environments
• Warehousing or 3PL experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift various objects
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and handle tools/equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold environments
