Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM–7:30 AM). You will lead daily warehouse operations, mentor the team, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of experience working with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is a plus.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience is a plus.

It’d be great if you also have:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time

• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
