Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, schedule preparation, and staff performance in Pryor Creek, OK.

You will lead a team, coach and train employees, ensure adherence to quality policies, and support continuous improvement within a GXO 7S environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred).
