Job summary

Stratas Foods seeks a production/warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring accurate orders and documentation. You will enforce GMP/HACCP, supervise staff, and maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts while supporting safety and training initiatives.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with inventory systems and RF scanning in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; a BS is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse management within manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with inventory systems and RF/scanning hardware.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities, ensuring accurate shipments and documentation.
• Monitor safety, GMP and HACCP compliance; enforce food safety and environmental rules.
• Lead staff, set expectations, provide feedback and training; manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate forklift as needed and provide coverage as production supervisor when required.
• Attend production/quality meetings and complete all required reports.
