Job summary

Flex in Columbia, SC is seeking an Associate Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory for SpinCo’s launch preparation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe, efficient warehouse operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on inventory controls, ERP/MRP experience, and strong data-entry and reporting skills, with a Bachelor degree and 3 years in materials management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing.
• MRP systems experience.
• Office software proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents; write reports.
• Proficiency with rate, ratio and percent calculations; ability to present data.
• APICS certificate is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with defined practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Perform QA checks on products received.
• Maintain stock levels to maximize profitability.
• Maintain files on all equipment; conduct inventory counts.
• Order necessary equipment.
• Ensure sites are stocked and warehouse is safe and organized.
• Support maintenance and upkeep of warehouse(s).
