Job summary

Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Nashville International Airport to oversee receiving and redistribution dock operations and manage customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of team leadership, logistics experience, and strong communication, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pass TSA background checks. On-site parking and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
• Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver’s license requirements.
• Associate degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency; identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
