Job summary

SpartanNash, in Severn, MD, is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order selection, and staging. You will lead teams to achieve high productivity while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, supervising associates, enforcing OSHA rules, and coaching staff to improve performance. Flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of high-volume warehouse distribution experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a distribution center or logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning workflows.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime as required.

About the Role:

SpartanNash (C&S Wholesale Grocers family) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Severn, MD. You will supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, order selection, and staging, leading distribution teams to achieve high productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy.
