About The Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. In this role, you'll ensure performance targets are met, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and motivate your team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Operations Manage inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Promote Safety & Efficiency Champion workplace safety and ensure the proper use of materials-handling equipment.
• Lead The Team Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to support individual and team growth.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy Safeguard stock integrity and help reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate Across Teams Partner with buyers and operations teams to address issues like stock shortages and damages.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline workflows.
