Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 4-6 years of hands-on warehouse or logistics experience.
• Proficient in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Adaptable and capable of rapid problem solving in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving and inspection of goods and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Store inventory using warehouse management systems and organize storage locations.
• Pick and stage orders aligned with production and customer requirements.
• Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling, weighing, and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production to optimize material flow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute ideas for process improvements.
