Job summary

Vertiv in Calexico, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. You will help ensure accurate inventory handling and contribute to efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, picking and preparing per work orders, loading and unloading with forklifts or pallet jacks, maintaining inventory records via scanning or manual entry, and keeping areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
• Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment according to work orders.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning or manual entry.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any discrepancies or issues.
