Job summary

Subaru of America in Gresham, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced RDC environment. You will use RF devices to verify quantities, unload and load trailers, and ensure accuracy and safety throughout all processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in basic math and inventory procedures.
• Able to operate RF devices and warehouse equipment; comfortable with safety SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and ships orders.
• Receives and stocks inbound orders; notes discrepancies and damages.
• Process documents within RDC safety and performance rules.
• Handle inbound/outbound orders using RF tech per SOPs.
• Verify inventory accuracy and prepare for loading/unloading.
• Unloads/loads trailers; verify bills of lading; check for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across RDC areas.
• Assist training of new hires and colleagues.
