Job summary

Petco is seeking an Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations at our Cranbury, NJ location. You will pull, pack, and move merchandise using powered and manual handling equipment, while keeping inventory accurate and labels correct.

The role includes paid training and weekend hours with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have lifting capability up to 50 pounds, basic math skills, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Forklift certification or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Repetitively places and pulls merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, using RF device or similar.
• Receives, picks, packages, and moves merchandise for shipment.
• Replenishes inventory stock.
• Performs inventory counts and reconciles with records.
• Unloads incoming shipments and loads outgoing trucks with merchandise using material handling equipment.
• Packages merchandise for shipment with correct labels.
