Job summary

Truvista Fiber seeks a Warehouse Specialist to manage processing, intake, and distribution of goods in the Chester, SC facility. You will verify packing lists, record receipts and shipments, and maintain organized receiving/shipping areas.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to SOPs, and potential travel to SC and North Georgia. Responsibilities include daily equipment issuance, organizing inter-site shipments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DOT standards may apply.
• Forklift certification required or must obtain.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, inventory and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify packing lists, unload, store and deliver materials as required.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts and shipments; contact shippers for discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs for the Warehouse.
• Issue equipment during daily charge out; receive email notifications.
• Organize shipments between sites in SC and GA; support service technicians.
• Perform cycle counts and prepare items for shipment; arrange packing lists and bills of lading.
• Travel as courier between locations as needed; vehicle provided.
