Job summary

SRS Building Products - Charlotte location is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and dispatch of materials with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. You will operate forklifts, log inventory, and support safe warehouse practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include unloading, counting, and verifying orders, organizing stock, and aiding team-based operations to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging materials per company standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard; ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; perform stock rotations; report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Collaborate with team to uphold a team-first culture and mutual success.
