CEVA Logistics in Bridgeton, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will pick, pack, count inventory, stage goods, and assist with loading while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; typically at least two years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift Certification typically required within 3 to 6 months; Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools; basic software proficiency; forklift certification when required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Execute manual labor functions such as picking inventory, counting cargo, staging and loading goods; use hand truck or pallet jack.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of materials; prepare and assemble orders and move materials.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets or bins according to predetermined characteristics; assist with complex operations.
• Potential lead operator in smaller teams; assist with training new hires.
• Operate a forklift when required and fully trained.
• Complete forms and labels to ensure inventory accuracy; monitor receipt and delivery of goods.
• Identify operational or service concerns and assist with resolutions; monitor maintenance tasks.
