Job summary

ISG is seeking a Warehouse Support to handle receiving, kitting, and shipment preparation at our Vancouver, WA location. This role includes local delivery using a company vehicle, daily inventory tasks, and collaboration with production teams. A candidate should possess basic MS Office skills and effective communication abilities.

Ideal applicants will have at least one year of driving a box truck, and some experience in warehousing or manufacturing. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Requires basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Requires basic working knowledge of kitting/picking, packing, shipping, banding/securing, and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify for accuracy.
• Kit (pick) parts list for production order.
• Clean, photograph & wrap final product for delivery or shipment.
• Pickup/deliver material or finished product locally (using company provided vehicle/box truck).
• Manage small parts inventory for production on a daily basis.
• Manage shipping and receiving material inventory.
• Review/update reports and files within various Microsoft Office programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
