GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material handling tasks in a safe, efficient manner within our warehouse environment. You will move material using carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, while ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and housekeeping practices.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with training on policies and procedures. A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of warehousing experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize with emphasis on quality and urgency.
• Willingness to perform duties accurately and efficiently with good customer service.
• Experience supporting a positive safety culture.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Move material using carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks within the warehouse/plant environment.
• Promote safety awareness and report unsafe acts, conditions, or equipment.
• Unload material safely and efficiently from trailers and production areas.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and complete housekeeping duties.
• Follow safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Inspect packaging, stacking, and labeling; remove trash and damaged pallets as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster positive employee relations.
• Perform tasks according to established instructions and guidelines.
• Focus on efficiency and quality in all responsibilities.
• Clean assigned shop areas daily.
• Adhere to safety procedures before, during, and after processes.
• Recognize the role as safety-sensitive and uphold Zero Incident philosophy.
