Job summary

The Staff Pad, in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Handler to support day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will help maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment while upholding a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software for tracking stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Experience with inventory systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse management software preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and accessibility.
• Pick, prepare, and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily warehouse operations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
