Job summary

Aramark in Phoenix is seeking a Warehouse Worker responsible for receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing items and preparing orders, while maintaining clean, safe facilities and following SOPs.

You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts, conduct cycle counts, manage inventory records, and coordinate with teams to meet delivery deadlines. The role requires basic math and computer skills, lifting up to 50 lb, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations may require a current valid driver's license with an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store products, applying FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as trained.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts and maintain related records.
• Complete administrative duties (inventory, logs, inspections).
• Clean work areas and comply with safety PPE and OSHA policies.
• Ensure security of assets and interact with clients and staff as required.
