Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (on-the-job training provided)
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items safely
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Basic computer skills (for inventory) MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Overseeing,receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines.
• In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects.
• Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service.
• Prepare the request and quotation documents.
• Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action.
• Designs and encourage everyone to use productivity and safety measures.
• Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
