Job summary

Del Monte Foods is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload product, perform final quality checks, and maintain inventory with proper rotation. You will manage shipping/receiving, verify orders, and set outbound shipping temperatures while coordinating daily delivery schedules.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong written and oral communication skills. This role supports operations at our New Jersey facility and offers company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills (i.e. written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading product and performing last quality checks before delivery.
• Manage inventory with proper rotation; cycle and rotate by lot code and date received.
• Handle shipping/receiving functions; verify and correct orders prior to shipping.
• Set correct shipping temperatures; schedule orders for deliveries.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
