Job summary

Jobtailor in Indiana seeks an experienced warehouse leader to supervise day-to-day operations including picking, receiving, and shipping fragile electronics. The role requires forklift certification, strong communication, and ability to train a team to meet SLA/KPI targets.

You will manage inventory, returns, and quality audits, ensuring accurate put-away and stock locations while maintaining efficiency and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
  • Must be forklift certified.
  • Ability to guide and/or lead a group of individuals.
  • Solid communication skills; email, excel, SAP, WMS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or train a group to meet SLA/KPI expectations.
  • Oversee picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns.
  • Ship – pick, package, label orders of fragile electronics at customer request.
  • Deliver picked material to the proper drop point within the building.
  • Receive – quality audit and put away within SLA expectations.
  • Process RMAs for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment.
  • Maintain inventory by labeling and placing materials and recording locations.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable to leading and/or training a group of individuals and meeting or exceeding SLA|KPI expectations
  • Maintains the effective execution of picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns
  • Shipping – Physically pick, package, label orders of fragile electronics material at the request of the customer
  • Delivery of picked material to the proper drop point within the building for the customer
  • Receiving – Physically receive, quality audit, and put away within given SLA expectations
  • Returns – RMA processing for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment
  • Inventory – Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory
Requirements
