NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in California's Chino Distribution Center is seeking an entry‑level to mid‑level clerical specialist to support warehouse distribution operations. You will compile data, maintain records, review invoices, and assist with timekeeping and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes document processing, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and adherence to DOT HazMat training requirements within 90 days of hire.

Formación

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work.
• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or administrative support duties or related experience.
• 1-2 years academic study above high school level may substitute for each 6 months of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify documents such as shipping/receiving, BOL, RPCs, etc. manually or via systems.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate document processing with relevant personnel.
• Compile and consolidate warehouse/distribution data for reports.
• Maintain records and files for warehouse/store operations; type reports and correspondence.
• May access multiple computer systems; assist with timekeeping and inventory tasks.
