Job summary

SECO is a long-established stocking distributor of laboratory products based in Aston, PA, seeking a Warehouse/Operations professional. The role covers receiving, order fulfillment, restocking, local deliveries using the company box truck, and safety-focused warehouse management to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years warehouse experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload and inspect incoming freight daily; reconcile shipments; enter receipts into the computer system; report discrepancies.
• Shipping / Order Fulfillment: prepare UPS, LTL, and company truck shipments; ensure labels printed prior to 1:00 PM; complete local deliveries within 24-48 hours.
• Re-stocking: label and move inbound stock; complete put-aways within two business days; adjust shelving and stock zones.
• Warehouse Management: maintain a clean, safe workspace; manage shipping supplies and material handling equipment; propose workflow improvements.
• Special Services & Additional Duties: deliver/restock customer stockrooms; manage box truck and hazmat software; interact with UPS and LTL reps.
• Special Projects: contribute ideas to improve operations such as new order tables, equipment, freight rates, and shelving.
