Job summary

SECO is a long-established stocking distributor of laboratory products operating from an 8,000 square foot facility in Aston, PA. The Warehouse / Operations role supports daily receiving, fulfillment, restocking, local deliveries by box truck, and operational improvements in a growing company.

The successful candidate will work closely with purchasing and customer service to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, safe handling of materials, and efficient warehouse workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience.
• Clean legal and drug history; reliable attendance record.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload and inspect inbound freight and reconcile with packing lists.
• Shipping/fulfillment: prepare UPS, LTL shipments and local deliveries within 24–48 hours.
• Re-stocking: label and move inbound stock and perform put-aways within two days.
• Warehouse management: maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace; manage supplies.
• Special services: deliver to stockrooms, maintain box truck and hazmat software.
• Special projects: suggest operations improvements and new workflows.
