Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Warehouse Manager reporting to the Operations Manager to enhance warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management at our New Jersey facility.

The role focuses on safe, efficient daily operations, FEFO product rotation, safety training, and coordination of loading, unloading, and repacking while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory.
• English language proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and tracking on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operations in the manager's absence and manage warehouse access and security.
• Maintain FEFO rotation to meet account manager and customer needs.
• Manage fleet vehicle maintenance scheduling and inspect fleet conditions weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse condition.
• Ensure nightly loading complies with policies.
• Assist in repackaging and reinsertion of product into circulation per standards.
