Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Proficient with SAP and IT systems for ordering.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations for a 20,000–30,000 sq ft facility and improve efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.
• Manage inventory, fleet, personnel, and safety programs to meet operational goals.
• Input product orders into SAP and resolve variances to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation to satisfy account manager and customer needs.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and verify counts in SAP.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance to minimize delivery disruptions and manage accidents with insurers.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop warehouse staff; manage performance with GM guidance.
• Maintain AIB standards and audit readiness.
• Share best practices with the National Operations Manager.
• Strive to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
