Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, fleet, safety, and day-to-day operations with a focus on operational excellence. You will lead receiving, storage, FEFO rotation, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate counts and secure facilities.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse management, a valid US driver’s license and a DOT medical card, plus the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and serve as secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
• Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs.
• Help with scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading process complies with policies.
• Help clean, repackage, and reintroduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards.
• Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training.
• Advise leadership on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
• Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System.
• Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
