MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse, procurement, and purchasing operations. You will drive inventory efficiency, control costs, and support business growth while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, optimizing stock levels, implementing safety standards, and partnering with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely, cost-effective service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory controls, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe material handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, procurement, and purchasing operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods and supplies.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members while establishing performance expectations, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, product usage, par levels, replenishment, and deadstock while minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Motivate, train, and lead Warehouse staff to establish a positive, safe work environment.
• Monitor accurate inventory levels, stock rotation, expirationDate inspection, and oversee returns to warehouse or vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to support purchasing needs and improve service efficiency.
• Work with Director of Warehouse and property supervisors to maintain a strategic mindset.
• Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts in coordination with Inventory Control.
• Prepare weekly staffing and business-related scheduling.
• Assist Inventory Control with daily inquiries and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with OSHA standards, company policies, and safe handling procedures.

THE JOB:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee warehouse, procurement, and purchasing operations while driving inventory efficiency, financial performance, and operational excellence. You will lead and develop your team, implement effective inventory and cost-control strategies, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient operation that supports departmental goals and business growth.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily warehouse, procurement, and purchasing operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods and supplies
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members while establishing performance expectations, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
• Manage inventory levels, product usage, par levels, replenishment, and deadstock while implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Motivates, trains, and leads the Warehouse Department staff to establish a positive, safe work environment
• Monitor accurate inventory levels, stock rotation, ensure inspection of product expiration dates, and oversee returns to the warehouse or vendors as needed
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to support purchasing needs, resolve operational challenges, and improve service efficiency
• Work closely with Director of Warehouse and property supervisors to ensure a strategic and proactive mindset
• Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts in collaboration with Inventory Control
• Prepares weekly staffing and business related scheduling
• Assists the Inventory Control Departments with daily inquiries and inventory reconciliations
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with OSHA safety standards, company policies, and established procedures, including safe equipment operation, material handling, and storage practices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Previous warehouse management experience within a hotel, resort, casino, distribution center, or similar large-scale operation
• Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, vendor management, inventory controls, and warehouse distribution processes
