Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Warehouse Assistant General Manager to collaborate with the General Manager and oversee daily warehouse operations in Greenville, SC. This role will serve as acting GM in the GM's absence, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires on-site work, lifting capability, and forklift certification or training, plus a pre-employment drug test and valid driver's license. Schedule may vary by workload.

Qualifications

• On-site availability; schedule varies by workload.
• Able to lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with team.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and random tests.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing operations to ensure Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
• Collaborate with GM and HR on staffing decisions.
• Report incidents and manage team morale.
