Job summary

A food distribution center is in immediate need of a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage multi-shift operations. This role involves overseeing Warehouse personnel, maintaining productivity, ensuring quality and safety, managing payrolls, and developing improvement programs. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of warehouse supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in necessary computer systems. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Prefer 4 years of warehouse supervisory experience or experience in management.
• Computer experience is required including Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to use good judgment in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-shift, multi-function Warehouse Department.
• Oversee schedules of all Warehouse personnel and approve vacations.
• Develop and implement programs that minimize errors.
