Job summary

KGPCo is seeking a Manager, Warehouse in Dallas to oversee daily warehouse operations, build processes, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a team of 10–15 staff. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4+ years of warehouse management, and SAP WMS experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to meet customer and operational needs. Industrial environment with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• SAP warehouse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliant warehouse operations and adherence to requirements.
• Supervise approximately 10–15 warehouse employees.
• Coach, train, and cross-train warehouse staff.
• Report warehouse effectiveness and employee performance metrics.
• Utilize WMS to support daily activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions.
