Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in related area with supervisory exposure.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficient processing of inventory.
• Lead scheduling for Warehouse Associates and monitor daily tasks.
• Train new employees on equipment and safety standards.
• Report and investigate damages to equipment, product, or facilities.
• Ensure adherence to policies and OSHA standards.
