• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related area with supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and other programs including presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; uses sound judgment and problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Oversee all receiving and put away of in-bound product as Day Manager.
• Oversee returns, picking and loading tasks; ensure proper put away and efficiency.
• Set up and monitor daily replenishment tasks.
• Report and investigate damage to equipment, product, and facilities.
• Coordinate repair and service of equipment as necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of operational and administrative tasks (attendance, timekeeping, replenishment, labels).
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and OSHA standards.
• Manage all warehouse employees and coach performance through evaluations.
• Lead the team by example; communicate roles, expectations and deliverables.
• Foster a positive culture and unified workforce.
• Ensure use of Warehouse Management System in daily tasks.
