Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, cold storage, food manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and cold storage operations to achieve company goals and performance objectives.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for the warehouse team.
