Silencer Central is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will manage personnel, implement process improvements, and support the supply chain team to maximize productivity and reduce costs.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and experience with WMS. On-site, Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, picking, packing, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Monitor KPIs and report on productivity and on-time shipping.
