Job description

At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.

The role:

We are hiring a founding Warehouse Operations Manager to own the physical back-office operations of Coram: how we receive, store, package, and ship our hardware, and how we manage inventory as we scale. This is a hands‑on, build‑from‑scratch role reporting to the Head of People.

Responsibilities:
  • Own shipping and receiving day to day, coordinating with multiple transportation and carrier partners, and manage domestic and international shipments (including to markets like Canada and Australia)

  • Own the physical flow of product on the ground, from how items are packaged and shelved to the practical mechanics of moving inventory through the warehouse safely and efficiently

  • Oversee management end to end: tracking hardware inventory, storage, forecasting, and standing up systems

  • Selecting and running the warehouse management system (WMS), ERP, and inventory tracking tools as Coram grows

  • Partner closely with sales and product teams

  • Build scalable processes that keep pace with demand

  • Manage and grow the existing warehouse team

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands‑on warehouse, inventory, or physical-operations experience (mid‑to‑senior level)

  • Direct, hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERPs, and inventory tracking tools

  • Strong command of shipping and receiving, packaging, storage, and working with transportation and carrier partners, including international shipping

  • Experience managing inventory at scale: tracking, forecasting, replenishment, and keeping high‑value inventory accurate

  • Experience being a part of a small warehouse or physical‑operations team that scaled (roughly a 10 to 25 person team) is a plus

  • Comfortable being hands‑on and onsite; physical operations require a physical presence

  • Resilient in challenging and fast‑paced environments

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Ability to work in an onsite environment

What we offer:
  • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance

  • Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays

  • 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options

  • Early‑stage equity in a rapidly growing company

  • Referral bonuses

  • Daily team dinners and regular team off‑sites

  • The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)

We’re on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting‑edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real‑world security and operations. From firearm detection to intelligent access control, our AI‑native platform turns every camera and sensor into a smart system that enhances safety, efficiency, and awareness.
