Job summary

iJility is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to oversee daily operations in a climate-controlled facility in South Carolina. The role covers receiving, processing and shipping with a focus on productivity, accuracy and safety.

This full-time, in-person position requires managing shifts Sunday through Wednesday and flexibility for rotating schedules. You will lead supervisors and associates, drive continuous improvement, and deliver timely performance reporting to leadership, while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supervising teams including supervisors and associates.
• Strong workforce planning and labor-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; bilingual a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive productivity and operational efficiency
• Monitor labor utilization and control overtime
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and order fulfillment
• Maintain a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Associates
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate operational reports
• Ensure reporting accuracy across warehouse systems and performance tracking tools
• Communicate performance results and operational updates to leadership

Climate Controlled Facility/Apparel/Day Shift - Sunday - Wednesday (Flexibility required with rotating shifts)
