Job summary

TriMark USA in Rogers, MN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a 20+ person team in coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety compliance at our distribution center.

You will report to the Divisional Director and ensure efficient operations, uphold quality standards, manage upkeep of facilities, and foster a customer-service oriented culture across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of distribution management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of 20+ employees including supervisors, handlers, shippers, and receivers.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct safety initiatives, and forklift safety.
• Coordinate distribution logistics including UPS, LTL, and contracted delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure facilities.
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Foster a customer-service oriented culture for internal and external customers.
