Job summary

Mighty Auto Parts is seeking an energetic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our local warehouse. You will oversee inbound shipments, inventory control, and order processing while supporting three direct reports.

Responsibilities include validating deliveries, restocking shelves, processing customer stock orders and invoices, handling customer and sales calls, and making occasional on‑time deliveries within the driving distance. Strong organization and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Effective communication and strong management skills.
• Accounting and basic business math experience.

A successful candidate will:

• Receive and validate all incoming shipments from our supplier network to verify accuracy
• Re-order and restock warehouse shelves while managing a substantial inventory
• Process customer stock orders for delivery and invoice tickets as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and sales staff

• When necessary, make quick deliveries to customers within a specified driving distance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Effective communication skills and strong management skills
• Accounting and basic business math experience and skill
